Questions we get asked
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click from Settings. No retention call, no dark-pattern survey. Your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period, then you drop to Free automatically.
What if I don't like it?
Email support@lirastudy.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. After that, cancellation stops future charges but past months aren't refunded.
How does the Free tier fit in?
Free isn't a trial. It's the tracker — real analytics, the planner, FL logging, Anki sync — forever. Upgrade the day you want the AI coach. If you only want a tracker, you never need to pay.
Can I switch between Pro and Max mid-month?
Yes. Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Switching up bills you the delta today; switching down credits the unused portion against your next invoice.
Is there a student discount?
Our whole user base is students, so the base price is already the student price. We don't run separate tiers — Pro at $29/mo is the discount.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your logged questions, sessions, and chats are never used to train models. Anthropic (our model provider) doesn't train on API inputs by default. Details in our Privacy Policy.
