Accessibility Statement
Effective date: April 22, 2026
Our commitment
LIRA is committed to making our Service usable by as many people as possible, including students who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a baseline, and we treat accessibility as part of ongoing product quality rather than a one-time project.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation across all primary flows (signup, login, chat, log question, review, plan).
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
- Sufficient color contrast for text in both light and dark themes.
- Focus-visible outlines on interactive elements.
- Form labels, error messaging, and field descriptions readable by screen readers.
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion where we use animation.
Known limitations
Some features — in particular AI-generated charts, complex analytics visualizations, and the image-question scanner — are not yet fully optimized for screen-reader-first use. We are actively working on text-alternative surfaces for each visual element.
Accessibility feedback
If you encounter a barrier using LIRA, please let us know. We treat accessibility reports as high priority. Email support@lirastudy.com with the subject line "Accessibility feedback." Include what you were trying to do, the page or feature, the assistive technology you were using (if any), and what happened. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve blockers within 14 days where technically feasible.
Formal complaints
If you have a formal accessibility complaint that cannot be resolved with our support team, you may escalate to legal@lirastudy.com.
